To transform, and enter this new era I had to put to rest and grieve from the person in the first photo. [RIP girl🪦] I had to rewire my brain into new ways of thinking if I was going to change my reality. (FYI easier said than done but absolutely possible, so if you’re in the middle of trying, keep going) •From not knowing what a personal boundary for myself meant; to now having no room in my world for people who dare test my boundaries. •From being a people pleaser, to pleasing myself and ensuring my own needs are met as a first priority. •From being a ‘yes woman’ to becoming my own woman. I’m grateful for the girl who got me here, but hot damn am I endlessly proud of the women I am today.
