I had the ginormous pleasure of getting to start this Leo ️ goddess tattoo on one of my favorite humans Katie my last trip to San Diego at @theedgeink ! 🧿Tattooing is an exchange of energy, between the artist and client. It is so so so insanely important to pick an artist that makes you feel safe, heard, comfortable, confident, and down right just has the vibes that make the magic happen when tattooing. 🧿You’re allowed to ask to move the stencil as many times as needed, You’re allowed to take breaks when needed, You’re allowed a food break while getting tattooed. You’re allowed to ‘tap out’. You are a HUMAN. Not just a canvas and a paycheck. 🧿Connecting to my clients while I tattoo them is something I cherish so much and will never take for granted.
